The holiday cottage is set in four acres of Nottinghamshire countryside, backs onto Southwell golf course and has views over Southwell Racecourse. The cottage sleeps 14 (+3) and is well suited for large parties. It is attached to Rolleston Mill - a Grade II listed water mill situated on the river Greg, on the edge of a small Nottinghamshire village.It is convenient for walking or cycling in and around Sherwood Forest, visiting the Cathedral city of Lincoln or the excellent shopping facilities of Nottingham. The village has a public house, 18 hole golf course, and is home to Southwell racecourse. The minster town of Southwell which has a leisure centre, shops, pubs and restaurants is only 4 miles way.Downstairs accommodation comprises a large breakfasting kitchen, lounge with oil burning stove, dining room, snug, one double and one twin bedroom. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms (one en suite), 2 twin bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. The fitted kitchen is equipped with large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Lounge has television, DVD, video and CD player.Outside are grassed and flagged areas with garden furniture and barbeque and a further 2 acres of land, ideal for outdoor games. There is ample space for car parking.The cottage has oil central heating, electricity, linen and towels included in the price. Twin rooms have 'zip and lock' beds which can be joined to form one kingsize bed. A cot can be provided on request. A telephone is provided that accepts incoming and emergency calls only.
