Entrance to Polopit Lodge is through electric security gates into a block paved yard with adequate secure parking spaces. The front door takes one via the porch into the large open plan living area / kitchen, that has all modern facilities. There is a small utility room with a washing machine, leading through to downstairs WC and shower. The lounge with French doors and dining area adjoins the conservatory that also has French doors. There is a double futon. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom that are acessed off the landing. The First bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the paddock and the owner’s pool next door. The second bedroom is a doublebedroom with French doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the stables. There is a small box single bedroom, and the large bathroom has a separate self-contained shower. We also have a beautiful new conservatory, that is ideal for relaxing and winding down.
The whole of polopit Lodge is centrally heated. The kitchen has both gas and electric cooking facilities, standard kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as a large American fridge / freezer. There is Satellite / TV in the lounge and bedrooms. The Crockery and cutlery provided are sufficient for eight persons.
