Woodview is a self-contained 1st floor apartment separate from the main house. Situated in a quiet rural location, with private garden and enjoying spectacular views over rolling countryside. The accommodation is reached by stairs and comprises large lounge diner, modern well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and electric hob, modern bathroom with bath and pumped shower over, WC and hand basin. Separate double bedded room with ample storage, double bed settee in lounge area. The accommodation is strictly non smoking, linen is provided but towels are not. Ample car parking is available. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement but will not be allowed in the apartment - an outdoor kennel is available.The village of Swayfield is situated in rolling Lincolnshire countryside, 3 miles to the east of A1 within easy drives of Stamford, Grantham and a wealth of tourist opportunities. Major attractions include Burghley House, Grimsthorpe Castle, Belton House and Belvoir Castle. Outdoor enthusiasts are well catered for with walking, golf, water sports and cycling all available in the local area. Rutland Water famous for fishing, bird watching and sailing is close by. There are plenty of pretty villages to explore and ancient market towns to visit. The village has a friendly pub which provides meals and there are many attractive walks in the quiet countryside.
