Facilities The cottage is well equipped with all modern amenities (dishwasher, coffee maker. Ceramic hob, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer etc) and has been equipped with full disabled access. Central heating. Bed Linen (duvets) and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels for the seaside / pool. Bedding is also available for the cot or you may prefer to bring your own. General Information Cycling Cycles are available should you require them with child seats. Let us know if you will wish to use these and the ages of any children in order that we can prepare them. A small charge is made to cover the cost of upkeep and tyres. Baby sitting can be arranged should you wish to go out for the evening. Horses Horses welcome, we have ample grazing and there are lots of bridleways. Pets Dogs and well behaved pets welcome (note : livestock in adjacent fields). Not in bedrooms and not to be left unattended. We have outside stables which can be used as kennels. Please do not allow pets on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Barbeque We have a gas barbeque available should you require this. We make a small charge to cover the cost of gas cylinders. Chickens We have free range chickens in the paddock and you are welcome to visit them. We keep all table scraps (excluding chicken) and feed them to the chickens, you are welcome to do the same. Just remember, do not feed the after mid day as this could mean food sitting around on the ground at night which attracts vermin. Horses There are three horses in the paddock, Beauty, Fred and Flora. Please stay out of the fenced areas as whilst they are friendly they are large animals and can kick. Walking We have a wild flower meadow on Special Features
