The Kingfisher,is one of three of the sympathetically converted barns that the complex offers.

Kingfisher is situated close to Barn Owl and Ticklepenny, and shares the communal facilities. Kingfisher has been converted from a traditional redbricked and pantiled farm building, with original beams giving the cottage charm and character.

The internal accommodation, which is single storey, consists of two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a spacious bathroom; well equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable sitting room. In addition provision has been made for people with limited mobility.

The cottage benefits from an enclosed patio/barb-b-que and private parking space.

The three Comfortable cottages with its own private courtyard area, located in the small hamlet of Austen Fen. In a pleasant setting for a peaceful break, with views over open countryside to the Lincolnshire Wolds. Birdlife is abundant, with a resident Barn owl. Coastal nature reserves will appeal to walkers & birdwatchers alike. Seal pups can be seen on the beaches in Autumn.Fishing is available on the Louth Canal, with cycling on the Lincolnshire Cycle Route. The livelier resorts of Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes are nearby, with attractions at Lincoln, Grimsby & the Humber Bridge providing day trips.
