THAT THE BUILDING IS VACATED BY 11AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

IN THE PRICE.
A FULLY REFUNDABLE CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £250 IS PAYABLE ON OR BEFORE THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ON DEPARTURE IF THERE ARE NO
BREAKAGES OR DAMAGE ETC.
Cancellation fees
Over 28 days notice - 90% of the total price will be refunded.
28-22 days - 75% of the total price will be refunded.
21-15 days - 50% of the total price will be refunded.
14-8 days - 25% of the total price will be refunded.
Less than 7 days – no refund will be given.
