We have recently converted out holiday cottages to provide superb quality, beautifully appointed accommodation. The properties are situated on our 40 acre farm providing wonderful views over the Peak National Park, towards Rushup Edge, Mam Tor and beyond. Enjoy the local wildlife from your doorstep, meet our Alpacas, Highland Cattle, horses and rare breed sheep. Rushop Hall Cottages provide a perfect base from which you can explore the Peak District National Park. We have excellent walking, riding and cycling from our doorstep, directly onto the Pennine Bridleway. Edale and the start of the Pennine Way are nearby as is the pretty village of Castleton and the Blue John Mines. Great restaurants, the theatre and Opera House can be found in the historic town of Buxton close by.Irishman's Cottage A detached cottage towards the edge of our grounds. We have renovated this cottage with care to provide character accommodation. The main bedroom is on the ground floor with a double bed - the stone floor occasional rugs and oak beams give the room great charm and style. There is an en suite shower room attached. A small flight of stone stairs take you to the 1st floor with a good sized, open plan and well equipped kitchen dining/lounge. The wood burning stove and vaulted ceiling create a feeling of great charm, warmth and spaciousness. Outside there is a walled patio garden where you can sit out and enjoy the peace. The cottage has its own private parking.Top Tack Cottage Similar in style and character to the Irishman's Cottage, this extremely spacious cottage is full of charm and character. You enter the cottage into a galloried hallway, off which are 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom, with a double bed, benefits from the views down the valley, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The oak staircase take you to the 1st floor with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams.
