A charming New Forest cottage that has been sympathetically extended and modernised to provide a very high standard of accommodation.  Full oil fired central heating, large hot water tank, and a pressurised water system providing a really effective shower. The cottage is about 15 minutes walk from Burley village on a quiet road, with views of the forest from the front windows and views of paddocks to the rear. Ponies are usually within view and frequently come right up to the front fence. Beautiful forest walks are literally on the doorstep and there are many other attractions in the area within a short drive. There is garden on all aspects of the cottage with plenty of space to enjoy al fresco eating without being overlooked.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 8 adults and could accommodate two families of up to 10 in total. Equipment includes dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridges, one freezer, Neff double oven, electric hob and microwave, 2 televisions, video DVD/Playstation2.
