About Swallow Apartments

Swallow Apartments are established well equipped holiday homes on the Channel Island of Guernsey. The apartments are close to the beach and provide an ideal base to explore and enjoy the island.

The apartments are fully furnished, with one or more bedrooms, lounge, bathroom/toilet, kitchen/diner, easy to clean and run.
 
All normal requirements are provided, such as bed linen, towels, (cots and high chairs on demand) T.V, kettle, heating, hot water, oven and microwave.

The premises are under the supervision of the proprietor, who will help you enjoy your stay here in Guernsey, with any individual requirements that you may have. 

Services

Each flat has a television, with some satellite stations, and Guernsey radio. The flats are surrounded by lawns and flower beds. Space has also been provided where young children may play in safety. Play equipment is also available for their use.

Transport

There is a free car park for residents, petrol prices are cheap, a hire car or taxi can also be arranged to meet you at the airport or the harbour if required. The apartments are 15 minutes from the main town of St. Peter Port by bus, however hire cars, petrol and bikes are at advantagous prices.

During an average two week stay you will get a variety of weather. If you use the good days for the beach, the dull periods for exploring, and leave the town, the leisure of bowls centres, solariums and the many varied undercover places for rainy times, you can enjoy your stay with us.
 
Attractive sunbathing places where one can enjoy privacy are there to be found. The natural coastline beauty at the beginning to the endof the summer has to be seen to be appreciated.

L'Ancresse Common

Provides access to beaches, golf course, Dolmen Graves, as old as the pyramids, Napolionic Towers, German Bunkers, Marina, Fishing Habour, Restaurants, Bars and shops etc.

Pembroke Bay

This is one of the nicest and most popular beaches in Guernsey, it is about 350 metres from the Swallow Apartments, and with Pembroke Bay getting around 2000 hours of sunshine a year, you will be in the perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of Guernsey's beautiful beaches.

Pembroke Bay is Popular for all beach pleasures including windsurfing.
