Spacious, light living room with settee, arm chairs, TV/video, cd/radio, fireplace and dining area. Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic-hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer etc. Bathroom with shower over bath. Pretty bedroom with double bed and chesterfield.

There are good restaurants nearby and two Camra Pubs of the Year. There are lovely walks along the River Usk, famous for its salmon and trout fishing, as well as real challenges for the more serious walker. There are 3 golf courses in a 5-mile radius; the Celtic Manor, venue for the Ryder Cup, is 15 minutes away. Also within 5 miles are the market towns of Abergavenny, Usk and Raglan; the area comprises unspoilt, idyllic countryside, yet it is within easy driving distance of major centres. The Severn Bridge is 20 minutes.
