The main entrance from the courtyard leads into the open-plan dining/sitting room, with twin bedded gallery landing above. A large picture window and door in the lounge provides access onto the south facing patio and lawns which are flanked by large Scot's Pines with a six acre meadow beyond. The kitchen adjoining the lounge is tastefully fitted and well equipped. The hall with views of the courtyard leads from the kitchen to the ground floor bathroom and double bedroom. From the gallery landing, a hall with storage space leads to a cloakroom with WC and basin as well as a further double bedroom and bunk bedroom, each with exposed beams and roof lights |
