It overlooks a large park (with kids' play area), has its own parking space & has been refurbished to a high standard with a spacious lounge with two sofas, and a large kitchen/diner. There are 3 bedrooms - a large double with a bay window overlooking Underhill Park, a 2nd twin & a 3rd with full size bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the downstairs lounge should this be required. All rooms boast original period features.

The style of the property has been described as tasteful but funky, with a eclectic mix of modern and traditional furniture and accessories.  It really is a home from home.

The large fitted kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, solid wood breakfast bar and bar stools and an original Victorian range (decorative, not functioning).  The dining area has built-in original Victorian glazed cupboards and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.

The upstairs bathroom is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and has a bath, separate shower cubicle, sink and WC. There is a combination boiler providing constant hot water and the property is centrally heated and double glazed.

Downstairs there is a wc and utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board - a great storage area for boogie boards, buggies and other items. Further storage is under the stairs and in the back yard. 

Outside there is a decked terrace, accessed via the third bedroom on the second floor, complete with bbq and outdoor furniture. To ensure that your holiday is as comfortable as possible we provide board games, books, games, videos, some toys and beach items.

We provide bedding & bathroom towels & a Welcome Pack of basic food items -often welcome after a long journey or when arriving late at night. We live next door so are on hand to help with any queries about the property or the area.
