Special Policies
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between yourself and Bryn Llewelyn Guest House. In the event of cancellation without reasonable notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booking. If we are able to re-let the room, you will be refunded for that night or nights so the cancellation charges imposed will reflect the actual loss. The cost of the first night will be retained in any event as a cancellation fee. As a guide, we would regard reasonable notice as two weeks. Bookings are ‘per room’ – for example if you have booked a room for two people and one person subsequently wishes to cancel, we regret that the ‘empty’ bedspace would still need to be paid for.Availability
