On the first floor is the lounge and kitchen / dining area.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge - freezer and microwave oven. The lounge area has comfortable furnishings and a TV with Sky as well as a DVD/Video. French doors lead onto a south facing balcony with coastal views- a great place to wind down with a cold lager or a G&T!

On the second floor is  a king size double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet.There are excellent views from the velux windows.

There is a small fully enclosed rear garden and off road parking for two cars.All electricity , heating and bed linen is included in our prices. A travel cot and high chair can be provided at no additional cost.
