Crosswood Park is in the beautiful Ystwyth Valley (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) just eight miles from the early Victorian resort and University town of Aberystwyth on the Cardigan coast.

The Park is an historic Grade II mansion dating from the 17th Century and was the ancestral home of the Vaughan family, Earls of Lisburne.

The Victorian wing was completed in 1891 and Apartment No. 3, in separate ownership to the rest of the estate, is available to Stately Holiday Home clients for holidays. It benefits from views over the owner's grounds and the countryside beyond and has its own garden and parking.

Offers three bedroom/three bathroom accommodation for up to 6 people or, with the use of an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor, 10 people can be accommodated.

There are steps to an entrance hall, large drawing room with television and video , dining room, kitchen with range cooker and cloakroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large sitting room has a fireplace (logs supplied) with radio/CD/TV/DVD. The bathroom has a rolltop bath with centred shower over.

First floor has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all en suite.

Second floor there are two twin bedrooms and one bathroom.

Outside there is a small fenced in garden with table and chairs.

There is private parking by Apartment 3. Pets are not allowed. There may be some works taking place within parts of the Georgian and Victorian wings, as well as elsewhere within the grounds where there are some in the process of construction. This is due to some privatly owned dwellings being constructed during 2008/09.
