Spacious sitting room is warm and cosy with a wood burning stove, comfortable sofa and chairs, plenty of books and a colour TV. Upstairs to a double bedroom with additional single bed, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, hand basin and toilet.  The Courtyard Cottage adjoins the Bailiff’s House and is accessed from the farmyard.
