There is satellite T.V., stereo CD player, books, videos, magazines, games and a host of leaflets giving details of the many and varied places to visit. The dining area seats four people.
• The well equipped kitchen area has an electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board.
• Upstairs are two pretty bedrooms with sloping beamed ceilings: One double and one single.
• Both bedrooms have electric radiators.
• Additional chair bed available for a child.
• Travel cot and baby bath available.
• Shower room with toilet and basin and electric wall heater.
• All bed linen is provided, with duvets and additional blankets.
• Towels and tea towels are also included.

The Gardens and Grounds:  

• Visitors are invited to explore the extensive grounds and there is an attractive courtyard garden with furniture and a BBQ. The cottage also has its own fenced garden.

There is a small shop within half a mile and an excellent country pub and restaurant about 2 miles away. The pretty market town of Lampeter is 7 miles north of the cottage and has two supermarkets, a fish and chip shop, an Indian restaurant and various cafes and pubs.
