The cottage comprises entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with beamed ceiling and French doors leading to dining room/conservatory. The conservatory has uninterrupted views over surrounding countryside. A turned staircase leads to the upstairs hall and a double bedroom with panoramic views. A small second bedroom has a platform bed nad a small single bed. The spacious bathroom has toilet, basin and bath with shower over. A double futon can be used for extra sleeping accommodating two adults in the dining room/conservatory. Dairy cottage is situated in rural North Wales on the edge of the picturesque Clydian range. Miles of open spaces suitable for walking, riding and cycling. We also have several golf courses, the nationally acclaimed Theatre Clwyd and the market town of Mold all within 3 or 4 miles of the cottage. The Roman walled city of Chester, abounding in history with its river, race course and bustling nightlife, lies less than half an hour away. The nearby A55 provides easy access to all North Wales coastal resorts, heritage attractions and the Snowdonia National Park. All facilities plus cot, highchair, private garden, patio and outdoor furniture. Gas and electric charged in mid and low seasons. A deposit of £25 is required to secure a booking with the full balance required four weeks prior to the letting date. Upon arrival a £100 refundable depsoit is requested in the event of excessive loss or damage. Lets commence at 3pm and end at 10pm on Saturdays unless otherwise agree.
