Special Policies
Bookings will be confirmed by the payment of a non-returnable deposit of £50 per week subject to availability and acceptance in writing. The balance of the rental is payable not later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday let.
We also require payment of £50 damage deposit, payable by separate cheque dated for the start of your holiday. This will be returned to you 7 days after your holiday if there has been no damage caused to the cottage nor excessive cleaning required.
