Special Policies
A £200 deposit is required to secure your accommodation booking at the main house, £100 for the flat.
Once funds are cleared, we will send you written confirmation.
Should you have to cancel, deposits will only be returned if we succeed in re-booking. A £10 charge will be levied.
The full balance, plus a Damage Deposit of £200, is payable four weeks before arrival. Given no damage occurs, the Damage Deposit will be fully refunded by cheque immediately following your departure. Refund or part refund of the damage deposit is at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate the hire forthwith without compensation in the event of unacceptable behaviour at our sole but reasonable discretion.
