The Long House is situated at the head of a bay in the small village of Kintra two miles from Fionnphort from where the ferry goes to Iona. The bay is at low tide a mass of rock pools in which you can find sea urchins, crabs, sea anemones, shrimps and small fish. It affords a safe anchorage for those who wish to bring a boat. Within five miles you can find the wonderful white sand beaches of Fidden, Knockvologan, Ardalnish and Uisken. It is the ideal house for two couples or a family with up to four children.
