All of the cottages are equipped to the highest standard, with the expected facilites that include :

1. Digital TV, VCR and Hi-Fi.

2. Full Central Heating.

3. Bathroom with bath and shower.

4. Beds are made with crisp white linen.

5. Towels are provided.

6. Flower, often mostly from the garden, arranged by Avril

The specific details for Linnhe Cottage are:-

· There is a kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge, a cooker and  a microwave

· One Double bedroom.

· One Twin bedroom.

· Sleeping 4 people.

· The cottage also has a bed-settee.

At the end of the row of cottages there is a separate laundry which has a washing machine and tumble dryer, available for the convenience of cottage guests.

The three Gardeners Cottages are on the banks of Loch Lomond and within the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park situated in secluded wooded grounds.

All have been converted from original 1860's buildings, are comfortable and full of character, with a Victorian walled garden on one side. There is a short woodland path leads to the shore of Loch Lomond. There is also a second garden has a putting green and space for ball games and is a safe area for children to play in.

Each cottage is set-up with wireless Internet access. The cottages are ideally located for touring highlands, west coast lochs and central Scotland.  This could be considered to be a rural hideaway yet nearby are picturesque villages and all the amenities necessary for a self-catering holiday.
