An open wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor.
Spacious living/dining area boasts panoramic views over farm land and Kirkwall Bay. Tastefully designed the leather suite, natural wool carpet, wide screen TV/DVD, sound system and traditional coffee table provide a touch of luxury and the comforts of home. A solid fuel stove sits on a stone hearth. The spacious dining area has a wooden floor and includes dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the usual appliances such as gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.,
Heating is provided by radiators in every room by oil-fired central heating.
Parking is at the rear of the property.
