Special Policies

 The following terms and conditions apply to the payment. If the booking is cancelled: • 10 weeks prior to arrival, then the full deposit will be returned; • Between 6-10 weeks of arrival, then the deposit is non returnable. • 6 weeks or less prior to arrival, then the deposit and balance will be kept, however if the cottage can be let the balance will be fully refunded. If the booking is off-season and for a period of less than 5 days, a £30.00 cleaning surcharge will be applied.
