Five luxury two bedroomed lodges. VisitScotland 4 star rating. Set on the hillside just two miles from the friendly village of Rogart, with it's post office, general store and public house, the lodges all enjoy spectacular views over the Glen of Strathfleet.
The Lodges provide an ideal base for exploring the superb scenery and abundant wildlife across the north of Scotland. The east, west and north coasts are all within easy access.
Whether your interests lie in golf, fishing, walking, exploring the miles of 'blue flag' beaches or just taking in the scenery and tourist attractions, there is plenty for everyone. The area is a paradise for bird watchers with over 100 species logged by the Rogart Wildlife Group (including Osprey and Golden Eagles). We supply binoculars and bird books to help you spot and identify!
You can also see seals on Fleet Water and further south, Dolphins in the Moray Firth.
Alternatively, you need not move from the tranquility of your lodge to experience the stunning scenery from the comfort of your own sitting room.
If you don't want to spend your time cooking, the area provides a wide range of culinary experience to suit all tastes and wallets. From the 'Two Quails' in Dornoch and 'The Oystercatcher' (much enjoyed by our many regular guests) in Potmahomack where leisurely lunches and romantic evening meals are the order of the day , to the Pittentrail with its excellent range of home cooked pub fair. Fish and chips, Indian, Italian and Chinese restuarants are also within a short travelling distance.
For younger guests we provide an outdoor playframe with swings, slides and monkey bars. Cots and high chairs can be provided at no extra cots. There is a complimentary library with books, and over 200 DVDs and videos for our guests to use.
The elegant town of Dornoch, with it's Cathedral, beautiful beaches, championship golf course, shops and restuarants is just a fifteen minute drive away.
