These 5 star lodges are extremely spacious and comfortable, with both interior and exterior features of the highest quality. Constructed of Scandinavian red pine with double-glazing, insulation and central heating, these lodges are designed as permanent dwelling houses in places such as Finland. The greatest attention has been paid to each and every detail from sumptuous soft furnishings, bed linens and curtains, to the luxurious leather upholstery.

The lodges each have two lounges.  The main lounge is located on the ground floor with French doors opening out on to a furnished decked patio area with BBQ.  The upper floor lounge which leads onto it’s own private balcony and can accommodate up to three guests on the double and single bed-settees which have deep, comfortable mattresses.  Each lounge is equipped with television, video, DVD player and CD stereo.  For your enjoyment a selection of  DVD’s and games are available in each of the lodges.

Each of the kitchens features the latest modern technology and a wide range of high quality crockery and cooking utensils. Crystal glasses are of course provided to celebrate those special occasions, as is a selection of everyday glassware. The large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier are particularly useful when accommodating larger parties.

The bedroom layout in both lodges feature three spacious rooms. There are two master bedrooms in each lodge containing king-sized beds. The third room is a twin. Each of rooms can easily accommodate a cot if required. All furnishings are of the highest quality and allergy free duvets and pillows are provided. Two hairdryers are available in each lodge.

Each lodge contains two bathrooms.  The main bathroom with whirlpool bath is located on the ground floor.  In Ben Lomond Lodge this bathroom also contains a double shower.  Upstairs there is a shower room in each lodge with Power Shower.  In Montrose Lodge this shower room is accessed from the upstairs lounge and in Ben Lomond Lodge it is ensuite to the upstairs master bedroom.  Each of the lodges contains a private sauna with seating for at least four guests
