The luxurious house is approximately 1 mile from the centre of Ullapool itself with stunning views towards the Fannich Mountians and An Teallach. With double-glazing and central heating throughout, this extremely well-equipped house offers excellent accommodation for up to six people. On one level throughout, this house offers many well-appointed fittings and stunning views toward Loch Broom and the surrounding mountains.

Kilbrannan is ideally situated to ensure a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has 3 bedrooms 1 double with a view of Loch Broom and en-suite shower room, and 2 twin bedrooms All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also a south-facing lounge (towards mountains) with TV / Video & DVD, dining /kitchen with patio doors to private garden, family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a well-equipped utility room (includes tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer and oil-fired central heating). Kilbrannan offers an ideal base for Ullapool and the North West of Scotland, as well as for hill-walking, a trip to the Western Isles {ferry from Ullapool} fishing {available locally} or as a base for touring the Highlands. In Ullapool itself, there are many amenities, such as 9 hole golf course, leisure centre / swimming Pool,museum, supermarket, hotels, cafes and restaurants, as well as a wonderful variety of local craft, gift, book and art shops.

This beautiful self-catering house (Highlands of Scotland Tourist Board Member-HOST) has a fully comprehensive Kitchen / Dining Room (table seats 6 with extra chairs available) with Patio Doors to Private Garden. The Kitchen contains a very high standard of modern appliances, including: Large Range Cooker (Gas Hob / Electric Oven) with extractor fan, Microwave, Dish Washer, Larder Fridge, Kettle and many cupboards and storage space. Crockery is to be found in the cupboards and provides many utensils for up to 6 people.

From the Kitchen, a door leads to the Utility Room, which contains Chest Freezer, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer as well as portable drying facilities. A door exits from here into the garden and drying facilities outside.
 
Kilbrannan has a south-facing lounge, with marvellous views to Loch Broom and the surrounding hills (An Teallach & The Fannich hills). The lounge provides many indoor recreations, such as Videos (for the family and for children), a variety of books for all ages and a variety of board games and playing cards.

Kilbrannan has oil-fired central heating throughout the house, which provides for a cosy atmosphere for those colder times! Outside the house, there is a large enclosed garden, with plenty areas to sit out in on comfy garden chairs, as well as a drying area close to the house.

On arrival at Kilbrannan there is ample car parking within a gravelled drive, as well as ramped access to the front door.
 
This beautiful modern house has 3 bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes, bedside chests and bedside lights. The main south-facing double bedroom, with extensive views to Loch Broom has an en-suite shower-room and toilet. The twin bedrooms are situated to the rear and to side of the house. All bed linen and towels are provided (please notify owner of number of guests before arrival), as well as Heating and Electricity.
