Damage Security Deposit of £100 is requested against any damage and refunded in full after the house has been cleaned on departure. If there is additional cleaning required this will be deducted at cost of £35 and we ask that you let us know of any damage as it may be trivial but we need to replace anything broken, e.g. glasses etc for the next visitors. We do not normally deduct for trivial incidents. A 25% booking deposit is payable when making the reservation with remainder of balance payable six weeks before arrival. Bookings made within six weeks must be paid in full on booking. We supply at no extra charge all your linens and towels.Availability
