A cosy 2 bedroom cottage with fantastic views of lochs and mountains just one mile from the centre of Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands. Set within its own 1 acre fenced garden, Highveld is the ideal place for a holiday in North West Scotland. Ullapool is a fishing village with a busy harbour where the ferries depart for the Wester Isles. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants and hotels, many of which have live traditional music. There is an award winning museum, theatre, leisure centre which includes a swimming pool and tennis courts, a golf course, library and much more.

Nearby is the Geopark featuring some of the oldest rocks on earth, an area of great importance and frequently visited by geologist from all over the world. For serious walkers and climbers we are surrounded by Munro's and Corbett's, but there really is something for everyone from a gentle stroll through a forest garden or along the beach to the challenging mountain ranges - all within easy reach of Ullapool.

The famous Corrieshalloch Gorge is 10 miles south of Ullapool and the world famous Inverewe Gardens are just one hour by car at Poolewe.

Inverness airport is well served from most parts of the UK and is just over one hours drive from Ullapool. Likewise Inverness train station is about one hour away. Whether by plane, train or road, travelling to Ullapool is easy.
