Stalkers Cottage comprises downstairs; open plan living / dining area with luxury fitted kitchen and upstairs; one double, one twin bedroom and bathroom. Stalkers — the newest cottage — also has an en-suite shower facility in the double bedroom
Main Features. The courtyard cottages are heated with electric 'total heating', double glazing, fitted carpets and full insulation with all fuel charges included in your holiday price, so whatever the weather, summer or winter, your comfort is assured.
Additional Features. There is ample car parking for all properties. Swimming Pool, games room with pool table and table-tennis, swimming pool, pay phone and laundry facilities are all available on the holiday site.

Bedroom 1 - Fisherman's & Stalker's have en-suite shower facilities. All have double bed with duvet.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds with duvets.
Bathroom - Bath with shower over, washbasin, toilet and shaver point. The 2 cottages with en-suite shower rooms, have bath, toilet and washbasin
Inventory:
Digital TV, videos, DVD's, Electric 'Total Heating' ; all bedding, hot water and heating. Electric iron and ironing board. Full carpeting throughout. Bed linen for 4 (cottages). Ample car parking space. Toilet rolls and basic cleaning materials on arrival. Washing powder and dishwasher powder (where applicable) is supplied.

Extra persons - The properties accommodate the numbers shown. Extra persons (max 2 ) are charged at £35 per person per week, which includes z-bed or sofa bed - where applicable - and linen
Pets - Well behaved pets are allowed at £10 per pet per week
Towels - One bath towel and one hand towel can be supplied at £3.50 per person, per week
Welcome pack - Basic ingredients for breakfast, i.e. tea, coffee, cereal, bread milk, butter, jam etc. can be supplied for £15 or with sausage, bacon & egg for £20
Milk - On arrival at 55p per pint
Z-bed - An extra bed can be supplied at £15 per week
Cot & High Chair - A cot and high chair can be supplied at £15 per week
