The West Wing of Nutwood House is a self-contained apartment on 2 floors. It is situated in one of the nmost breath-taking areas in the Highlands of Scotland and is within easy walking distance of Strathpeffer's village square and shops.

The property offers rare peace and seclusion whilst providing a perfect base for touring by car or on foot. Strathpeffer is surrounded by beautiful hills and lochs, stretching from coast to coast and the location is the perfect platform to explore the whole of the Northern Highlands.

There is a splendid 18-hole golf course nearby in the Victorian Spa Village of Strathpeffer. Historic castles, churches and antiquities are all near. There are also whisky and Pictish trails to enjoy and Inverness, capital city of the Highlands, is 20 miles away.

The accommodation comprises a well-equipped sitting room, dining kitchen, 2 spacious double bedrooms, bathroom with over bath electric shower, and a cloakroom on each floor. The kitchen equipment includes electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The sitting room has a TV, video, nmusic centre and a selection of books and games. There is a double and twin-bedded room both supplied with duvets, bedlinen and towels. All rooms have electric heating.

The West Wing has a wooded garden with parking for 2 cars. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and is available all year round with a minimum let of 1 week. All electricity, bedlinen and towels are included in the rental.

All other dates £200 per week.
