Terms & Conditions
A 25% deposit is required per week, when booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the holiday date.
In the event of cancellation, any balance paid will be refunded if the cottage is re-let, subject to an administration/cancellation fee of £50.
Premises are available from 4pm Saturday and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness in which it was found. You will be charged accordingly for any extra cleaning which is necessary.
The owner of the property should be compensated for any damage and breakages which may occur.
