A charming 18thC cottage with 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom,
tastefully refurbished throughout with superb mountain views. Quiet
location near woodland and the river Speen.
2 bedrooms (double
and bunks). Accommodates 4 in comfort or 6 squeezed. Modern bathroom
(no shower). Well equipped large kitchen. Real fires (solid fuel
provided), double-glazed, electric heating, washing machine, dishwasher
etc. Much original charm: timber-lined walls, halter stone outside
(originally it was a blacksmith's cottage). Garden with lawn, trees and
plenty of parking space.
The cottage is situated near
the edge of the small village of Roybridge. It is in a quiet location
but within a short walk of the village facilities including a
store/post office and two bars. Woodland walks and the River Spean are
just a two minute walk away.
This is strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation.
Note:
The bedrooms are upstairs and reached by a steep and narrow staircase.
For this reason, the bedrooms are unsuitable for the infirm. There are
sofa-beds in the sitting room. The headroom is low in
places!
