The 4 bedroomed Apartment has 3 bedrooms on first floor and bathroom with a single bedroom on the ground floor.  The Bathroom and shower room is suitable for disabled persons. There is also a large living room and kitchen dining area supplemented with an outside seating area also.
Both the 2 bedroomed Luxury Nevis Croft Apartments cater have a Bathroom and downstairs toilet. There is also a large living room and kitchen dining area supplemented with an outside seating area also.
