Picturesque, turreted Victorian gate lodge, set at the main entrance to the estate, beside a bridge over the River Pattack. With attractive views up and down the river, the property has an unusual layout with accommodation on three floors and a spiral staircase running the height of the turret.

The property is within walking distance from the sandy beach at Loch Laggan and other estate facilities and is within easy driving distance of the Cairngorm mountains, Ben Nevis Ski range and Creag Meagaidh Nature Reserve.

Gate Lodge was used in the series of Monarch of the Glen.

This property is not suitable for small children or some elderly people.
