Park has evolved from what was a traditional two up/two down stalker's cottage probably dating from Victorian times. Some of the oldest parts of the house are still pine lined. There is a secluded, sheltered garden surrounded by fields with access to the Monadhliath hills behind the house.

We have three Traditional cottages and two flats eah having superb views of the Cairngorms,Park Cottage being the largest, situated amongst farm fields and woodland on a 13,000 acre Highland Estate.

Alvie Estate has been the home of the Williamson family since 1927. Although traditionally a Highland sporting Estate, the family also has extensive interests in farming and forestry. Both recreation and business interests have been developed on the Estate including strawberry growing, a fish hatchery, horse riding, quad biking and clay pigeon shooting. The surrounding area provides several golf courses, skiing, climbing, water sports and gliding. Visitors can choose from a number of activities or merely enjoy walks around the Estate, observe the wildlife and take in the spectacular scenery.
