Perfectly situated to visit the beaches and attractions of the North, west and east coasts and the western islands and Skye. Only 20 mins drive from the lovely city of Inverness and Loch Ness and it’s "monster". Aviemore is about an hour away as is Fort William.
Ideal area for walking, climbing, fishing, golf and bird watching or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The Rogie Forest and falls are just down the road.
Regular bus services run from the end of the road to Inverness and Ullapool.
There is a local shop and post office about a mile and a half away in Contin. The restaurant at the Coul House Hotel is very close, and there is a pub with meals just over a mile away. Dingwall with it’s supermarkets is 6 miles away and Strathpeffer only 2.5 miles .
The cottage is set in it’s own gardens with a large fenced south facing rear garden. It sleeps 8 very comfortably in a king size, double and two twin bedrooms. There is a large Lounge with a 28inch TV, Full sky program, DVD player, video recorder and hi-fi set together with some games, puzzles etc to keep you entertained. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave and other equipment to keep the cook happy!
There is a dining room and a bathroom and also a separate shower room and toilet.
