St. Ronan’s is situated in Golf Road, a quiet residential street in the attractive village of Brora. Sandy beaches, golf course, tennis and bowling club all within easy walking distance from the house. The famous Royal Dornoch Golf Course is 20 minutes drive away. The hills of East Sutherland surround the village and offer excellent walking opportunities. The town is served with several hotels and shops. Loch and river fishing can be arranged locally.

The large enclosed garden is perfect for children and there is ample parking available at the rear of the house. The house sleeps seven, with two double bedrooms, a twin and a single bedroom. There are two public rooms, as well as a dining/living room off the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge /freezer and a pantry with ample storage space. The utility room has a combined washing/ tumble dryer. There is a bathroom with bath/shower combination and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The house is heated with oil central heating and additional electric and gas heaters have been provided. Open fires can be made in both sitting rooms. Wood and coal is provided in the sheds.
