Fully-fitted kitchen/diner equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, washing machine. Condenser dryer in airing cupboard. All electric, central heating, all linen/towels and VAT 17.5% included in rent. Telephone available with small additional charge to include all calls, NB - mobiles do not work in the properties. One cot and highchair is in the property. No cot linen will be supplied. Weekly bookings available from any day of the week.
