Tiny traditional house at edge of small hill village, this traditional stone-built house is set in lovely open countryside with forest walks close by. It makes an ideal centre for walking, touring or golf and for watching birds, dolphins, seals and other wildlife. Inverness and Loch Ness are 25 miles to the south and Dornoch about the same distance to the north. The West Coast with its lovely beaches can be visited in a day while Cromarty or Tain are interesting small towns with good teashops for the occasional wet afternoon. The Bothy has two small bedrooms, a bathroom (with heated towel rail), and a generous sitting room/kitchen with fridge and electric cooker. There are ample heaters and some background heat is included in the rent. Hot water by immersion heater. Pets are welcome and there is parking for 2 cars.
