Stonefolds Farm Bothy is our new pupose built cottage. It has a tarred access, ample parking, patio and garden. The accommodation, which is all on one level with ramped access, is spacious and light. It is finished to a high standard with quality furnishings. Your hosts Shirley, Neil and family welcome you and are on site to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible. Situated in a peaceful location on our working farm it has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. It comprises 1 double & 1 single bedroom, shower room with a large shower. The well equipped kitchen is open plan with the dining/ sitting area. We try to provide most things you will need to make your stay as pleasant and relaxed as possible. In the kitchen we provide beverages, salt, pepper, herbs, kitchenroll, tinfoil, etc. All linen, towels, heating & electric are included in the price. There are many and varied attractions in the surrounding area which are within easy driving distance of the cottage. Follow the Castle trail round and visit the numerous castles ranging from impressive ruins to large castles with glorious gardens. Taste some of the regions malt whisky by visiting a distillery. The impressive coastline round Aberdeenshire ranges from sandy beaches to large cliffs with a range of coastal villages to visit. The farm is home to many birds and wild animals which live alongside the sheep and cattle that we keep. We are happy to show people round and explain what we do on the farm. Stonefolds is approx. 45 minutes drive from Aberdeen airport. Special Features
