This charming 3-bedroomed cottage is set in a peaceful location in the beautiful countryside of Aberdeenshire. Yet it is convenient for the thriving towns of Peterhead, Ellon and all their amenities, and within a half hours drive from the bustling city of Aberdeen and its international airport.
The cottage is adjacent to Mill of Elrick Fish Farm (which also includes a trout Fishery where you can catch your dinner).
It is double-glazed and centrally heated but also has an open fire. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
Accommodation:
Ground Floor - Cosy television lounge with open fireplace furnished with a three piece suite. There is a sun porch / dining area with window seats which has sweeping views of the countryside, and is on open plan with the lounge. The Double Bedroom is a large fully fitted twin bedded room with view of garden. The Bathroom is fitted with toilet, sink and bath with an electric shower over the bath. The well equipped dining kitchen includes electric cooker, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Upstairs - Two Double Bedrooms, fully furnished with window seats and wonderful views of the countryside.
Outside - The cottage has its own garden in a sunny aspect to the front of the property; clothes drying facilities and parking are available to the side of the property.
