The Apartments are available for nightly or weekly lets. The fully furnished apartment is presented with all the comforts of home to provide a more pleasant ambiance that the usual hotel room. The spacious lounge is complimented by a kitchen, double bedroom and luxury bathroom.

The spacious lounge is heated by a 5kW gas fire ensuring immediate warmth with full control. The room is tastefully furnished with three piece suite, dining table and chairs, and the wall pictures and feature mirror give that homely feeling. A 29" television gives the opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day. A welcome pack will be available giving locations of local amenities.

The kitchen includes all that is required to prepare your own meal, or for those with less time, you may prefer to have your meal delivered. There is a gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge, full set of pots, four place setting dinner set, cutlery, full range of cooking utensils and a kettle. Condiments are provided along with coffee, tea, sugar and breakfast cereal. The fridge will be stocked with milk, water, breakfast juice and ice tray.

At the end of the street is Rosemount Place where several shops can be found - Oddbins, mini market, various take away outlets, chemist, butcher, baker, news agent and hairdresser and the Queen Victoria lounge bar.

The bedroom has a double bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep after a long day. Heating is provided by an electric complete with timer, offering immediate or planned warmth. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage for those staying more than one night. The bedroom is completed by a wall mounted full height mirror, hair dryer and radio alarm clock. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The luxury bathroom contains a bath with instant shower and soap and shampoo are provided. Fresh towels are supplied along with an anti slip mat for use with shower, and a wooden drying board.
