With panoramic views over open countryside this house is an ideal base for outdoor pursuits. North Third trout fishery and an outdoor activity centre (off road driving, quad treks) are both within one mile. Central location for touring Scotland, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Gleneagles, St Andrews are all within one hours drive. The house has a large kitchen with an AGA and electric cooker. the dining room seats up to 20 people. There are three sitting rooms, with either open fires or a wood burning stove, one also having a double bed settee. There is a back kitchen, with washing machine and extra fridge/freezer, leading to an additional bathroom. The three main bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, share the first floor with a large bath/shower room. The large attic,with seven singles and a futon, has a shower room with toilet. There is also a large party room/lecture theatre with table tennis table if required. There is a large enclosed garden with parking for at least seven cars. The house is ideal for family holidays or reunions, it is also very well suited for buisness groups or corporate events, who may make use of the outdoor activities nearby. Special Features
