Thorntree is situated in the hills above Flanders Moss, midway between Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and Stirling, on the southern edge of the Highlands. The owners have converted one wing of this farmhouse to make spacious and comfortable accommodation. The french windows open onto Thorntree Barn's own gardens with roses, lawns, flower beds and shrubs with wonderful views over the Carse of Stirling. Local attractions include Stirling and Doune Castles and the Lake of Mentieth which are only 15 minutes away. Edinburgh is about an hour away and Glasgow 45 minutes. The owners are always happy to give advice about what to do in the area.All fuel charges (metered) to be paid on departure 3 twin (1 ensuite shower room, 1 with extra pulldown bed), bathroom, separate WC, spacious open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room, French windows, lawns with garden seats.
