The well appointed kitchen includes all modern appliances including a dish washer and washer/dryer.

The spacious lounge/ dining room has a gas fired stove in addition to the entire cottage being centrally heated.

There is a private patio for outside entertaining and guests may use the adjoining house garden if they wish.

There is parking space for 2 cars.
