Delightful old farmhouse set on a working hill sheep farm, eight miles into Glenlyon in the heart of Perthshire. Surrounded by dramatic scenery hillwalking, birdwatching and fishing can all be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity.
It sleeps 5 or 6, having a twin bedded room, one single and one family room, all with electric blankets, on the first floor.
A cot and highchair are available.
The sitting room has a wood burning stove, plus colour TV, video, DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Tumble dryer and freezer are in a shed at the back door.
Bathroom on the ground floor, includes an electric shower.
There is also a dining room on the ground floor.
Good sized front garden and enclosed courtyard at the rear with garden furniture, barbecue and washing line.
The price includes bed linen, please bring your own towels.

Trout fishing permits are available.
Glenlyon is Scotland's loveliest and loneliest and longest glen at 34 miles. Hillwalking, birdwatching, cycling and fishing may be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity - golf, watersports and riding within a short drive.
The local Post Office and shop is four miles up the glen and the town of Aberfeldy is 17 miles away.
