The Steading Cottage is newly renovated and situated near our working farm.  It belongs to a large private estate with the owners regency house at its heart.  It offers lovely hill walking and countryside walks from the doorstep.  The cottage has one bedroom but can, if you wish, sleep up to 4 persons by using a pull down sofa in the Lounge. Bathroom;  kitchen well fitted with a dishwasher & washing machine.  The cosy sitting room has an  open fire and the French window leads out onto the terrace.

Also available is the Glenearn Lodge sleeps 4 and is peacefully set with a panoramic view in its own garden .  The lodge stands inside the entrance of a large private estate.  Sitting Room; 2 double Bedrooms - one with a Queen size bed, the other  bedroom with 2 single beds; Bathroom; well equipped kitchen.  Linen and towels are included, electricity and heating not included.

The 2 self catering holiday cottages in Perthshire Scotland.  Both sleeping 4 person.  The cottages are near Bridge of Earn, not far from the city of Perth itself but set in a private Estate.

Bridge of Earn (1½ miles) offers local shopping and a pub and restaurant with good food.  4 - 5 miles away is Perth with good shops, Sports Centre, cinema, theatre and very good restaurants.  Our guests find they have easy access to the Highlands, the coast at St Andrews within 45 minutes and lovely golf courses near by (Gleneagles is only 20 minutes away).  Edinburgh is only 30 miles away.
