This stunning 17th century house has very recently been completely refurbished and has all the luxuries you would expect from a 5 star property. Located on the harbour front of St Monans, the house has uninteruptd views across the Forth to Edinburgh, Gullane and North Berwick. The accommodation has three double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The rooms have super comfy, super king size double beds, plenty of storage space, hairdryers, suitcase stands and three of the bedrooms have views towards the harbour. All the public rooms in the house are large and with the house having a ground floor, a first floor, and a second floor, you can easily find a quite space to be, even when others might be making a noise! 1 Mid Shore is both warm and comfortable as well as being beautifully fitted out. On the 1st floor there is the sitting room that has an open log fire. This room is large and 3 of the 4 windows have window seats where you can spend hours watching the harbour life and beyond. Whales and dolphins have been seen from here as they make their way up the Forth. There is an impressive leather sofa and large arm chairs, a plasma TV, DVD and video are all there to make your stay even better. We have free broadband internet facilities too incase you need to surf or just keep in contact! The modern 'jack and jill' bathroom is fully tiled with a spa bath and an electric power shower. The ground floor shower room is also fully tiled and has a Hans Grohe rain dance shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a range cooker, a large American fridge freezer (with unlimted ice, crushed or cubed!). The oak dining table also looks over the harbour and great parties can be had here. We offer Champagne on arrival and all our guests get a range of Temple Spa skin products. Fluffy white towels are supplied and al lthe bed linen is crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets, duvets and Angorra wool blankets for those cold winter nights.
