  • Greyfriars Garden, is a listed terrace house of great character. It is centrally situated in St Andrews, off Market Street, one of the main shopping areas. The house is within three minutes walking distance of the world famous Old Course, the beach and convenient to all the towns facilities.
  • The property has a patio garden to the rear of the house. There is a barbecue for the guests' use.
  • The house is on three floors, has fitted carpets throughout. It has many individual features which make it a very attractive holiday home. The house accommodates 7 - 9 guests.

Accommodation Layout:

There are three twin bedded rooms, and a single bedroom. Each is equipped with continental quilts and pillows. All rooms have excellent wardrobe and storage facilities.

There is a main bathroom with shower on 2nd floor, an en-suite shower and WC with the single bedroom on the 1st floor, and a shower room with WC on the ground floor. The lounge on the first floor is a large sunny room, newly equipped to a very high standard with attractive furniture, television and video.

One of the couches converts to a comfortable double bed if needed. The large kitchen on the same floor, is fitted with oak units and a large farm house table which seats ten. There is a fridge and deep freeze, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven, food processor, sandwich maker, plus all the modern appliances expected in a kitchen.

Car Parking:
As car parking is restricted outside the house, a free car park is used by guests which is located diagonally opposite on North Street.

Public Transport Locations:
The bus station is a three minute walk from the house. The nearest train station is at Leuchars which is approximately 5 miles from the St Andrews town centre.

Other Information:
A basic food supply can be arranged for guests arrival if required. Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
